The Accelerator

How the month works.

One month, for a leadership team of 3 to 6, delivered by two facilitators. Each participant spends roughly one full day plus two to three hours a week; the leader who owns the program joins two short check-ins.

Preparation & Direction Setting

It starts at the top: one meeting with the leader who owns the program to set direction, targets, and tool strategy. Every participant fills in a survey, we set your adoption baseline, and your shared workspace is prepared in advance, so each assistant starts out knowing the company. Activation Day begins in a room already set up for you.

Activation Day

A full day on-site, the whole team and both facilitators. Everyone gets their assistant running in their own work, on real accounts and their actual to-do list. By the end of the day you are delegating tasks like these yourself. Not watching demos.

Adoption Sprint & Support

One to two weeks of running the new way of working in your everyday work. The team keeps delegating, and we stay close: questions answered within a working day, all sprint.

The Shared Way of Working

A facilitated working meeting with the whole team. We go through what worked and what stuck, sort shared from individual workflows, and set your ground rules together. You leave the room with a concrete 30-day plan.

One-on-One Workflow Sessions
