Who is it for?

The AI Accelerator is for leadership teams and key business functions that want to make AI part of how the team works. It works best with 3 to 6 participants, one leader who owns the program and concrete work to develop during the month. Starting on your own? The Masterclass is the self-serve route for individuals who want to build their own agentic way of working, at their own pace.

Question 2

Am I technical enough for this?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both routes are designed for leaders, operators and professionals, not developers. The Accelerator gives you hands-on support; the Masterclass lets you build the setup at your own pace. You need curiosity, time to use the Assistant and a willingness to change how you work, not technical expertise.

Question 3

Isn't this just about learning to prompt?

Accepted Answer

No. Prompting is one small part. Claro teaches you to work agentically: give your Assistant the right context and tools, delegate clearly, review the work and turn what works into repeatable workflows. The outcome is a working system, not a collection of prompts.

Question 4

We tried AI training before and nothing stuck. Why is this different?

Accepted Answer

Training can explain what AI can do. The Accelerator is designed to make it part of how the team works. Each participant sets up a Claro Assistant on day one, then spends the month using and developing it in daily work, building shared workflows and agreeing clear guardrails. Adoption is measured against the team's own starting point, so you leave with a way of working in use, not just new knowledge.

Question 5

We already use Copilot or Gemini. How is this different?

Copilot and Gemini can remain part of your setup. The difference is that Claro builds the working system around them: an Assistant shaped around each person's role and business context, connected to approved tools, with reusable workflows and shared guardrails. We build on the tools that fit your business, chosen together with you.

Question 6

We already use Notion or another system. Do we have to switch?

Accepted Answer

No. We decide the tool strategy with the leader who owns the program before it starts. If your team already has a system, it stays; Claro Studio remains the surface where we deliver and update your setup. If you do not have one, Claro Studio is your shared workspace and you get to test it properly during the program.

What AI tools is this built on?

Accepted Answer

We build on the best agentic AI tools available today, currently Claude Code and Codex, running on frontier models from Anthropic and OpenAI. Nothing is locked to them: everything we set up lives in plain files you own, so when a better tool arrives, you move without a rebuild.

What happens with our data?

Accepted Answer

The Assistant runs on your own machines, in your own accounts, and reads only through connections you approve. With the Claro safety hooks installed, email is draft-only and destructive actions are blocked or approval-gated. Your working content stays in the systems you choose; Claro Studio stores what you create or deliberately bring into it. Every Accelerator proposal includes a data-flow table for the exact tools selected.

What can the assistant do on its own?

It reads, monitors, summarizes, compares, drafts and proposes. Without a human it does not send external messages, approve or initiate payments, sign documents, change permissions or connect new systems. With the Claro safety hooks installed, email is draft-only and destructive actions are blocked or approval-gated, enforced on your own machines rather than promised.

We're already building agents.

Accepted Answer

Good. The Assistant each participant sets up is an agent: it reads, drafts and runs work under your direction. Fully autonomous AI team members with their own roles are the natural next rung, and they work best on what the Accelerator builds. The program surfaces your strongest agent candidates, and Dream Team Build turns the best ones into your first specialized agents.

What if we want to leave?

Everything is exportable. Your files, your assistants and your data come out of Claro Studio whenever you want, and you keep what you built. No lock-in.
